Delivery Time and Shipping Costs
Orders will be shipped and delivered within 2 to 5 business days. If there are any delays, please contact us at hello@kindasocks.com, and we will investigate your order.
Shipping is free on orders of €50 or more.
Shipping Responsibility
Kinda Socks is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged by the postal service. Upon handing the goods over to the carrier, we do not assume the risk of loss or ownership of the goods. We are not responsible for any additional shipping charges or customs duties, including any extra fees or taxes incurred during customs clearance.
Return and Exchange Policy
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from the original transaction date to return it for an exchange or refund. To return or exchange, ensure the goods are unused and in their original packaging with tags intact.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping to Kinda Socks.
If requesting a refund, you will receive the full merchandise value (original shipping costs will not be refunded). We are not responsible for any goods lost during return shipping.

Processing Time
If you have requested an exchange, we will process it as soon as possible after receiving it. You will receive a confirmation email when it has been processed. Refunds are also processed immediately after receiving the returned items.
Payments
You can make payments via bank transfer, VISA, MB Way, or PayPal.
Promo Codes
